I just got off the phone with a client of mine and I just wanted to share something with all of you:
It doesn’t matter what you do for fitness. It doesn’t have to be this elaborate crazy team or long hour and a half workout. For some people, 10 minutes a day is all people need to do to get started and keep moving. But here’s the key… You have got to want it!
And if you want it, if you want to get fit and healthier, then all you need to do is start. Yeah, there are tons of complicated workouts out there. There tons of places you can go to workout. But if you’re starting out and you’re brand new and intimidated, all you have to do is own a good pair of sneakers and go for a walk. You can do squats, you can do lunges, you can do core work in your own home until you get comfortable.
You just start small. All you have to do is want it! And if you want it, just start small. Don’t go crazy. Just take it one day, 10 minutes at a time. Yeah, there are workouts for hours and hours and hours, but that’s not where you start. Just do it, gang. Life is short! And I’m happy to answer any questions.
