I just finished teaching my second class tonight and between that and my challenge group this week, there is a topic that has really been sitting heavy with me and I just wanted to share it with you.
Do you know what the hardest part about getting healthy is?
It is just making that decision. That’s the hard part! Once you make that decision that you want to change your health and your fitness and that you want to make that change in your lifestyle, the rest becomes easier. But until you make that decision and that commitment to do it, to honestly say WHEN I do it (and it’s going to work) everything changes.
There’s going to be days where you don’t feel like doing something. There’s going to be days where you just don’t want to prep food or to eat your healthiest. But once the decision is made, the mindset begins to shift. And you’ve got other people with you motivating you and encouraging you every step of the way.
It’s progress gang. NOT perfection.
Not every day will be good. But I promise you, once you make that commitment and you decide (that’s the hard part!) the rest gets easier.
