INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 servings
2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or other dairy free milk of your choice)
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp stevia granules
2 Tbsps natural peanut butter (no added salt or oils)
a dash of almond or soy milk
2 egg whites
1 cup frozen or fresh berries
2 Tbsp sliced almond
2 tsps raw honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a saucepan add almond milk and rolled oats and bring it to a boil. Cook on medium/low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1-2 egg whites, peanut butter, splash of milk, and stevia granules to the oatmeal and whisk until smooth.
Add the oatmeal to your breakfast bowl, top with berries, sprinkle almonds and drizzle a bit of honey on top.
